Fire Safety, First Aid, and OHS Training for Your Team

Enhancing firefighting techniques and first aid provision is crucial for human health and life safety. However, according to Polish regulations, the responsibility for a facility's fire safety rests with its administrator, owner, or user. Should no specific individual be designated as responsible for fire safety (e.g., via a contractual agreement), this duty falls upon the person managing the complex. Furthermore, pursuant to the Fire Protection Act (Journal of Laws 1991 No. 81, item 351), Article 4, paragraph 6, the individual responsible for fire safety is obligated to familiarize employees with the applicable fire protection regulations.

Training

Fire Safety Training

Theoretical fire protection training, combined with practical application of firefighting equipment and techniques, customized to the specific characteristics of each facility.

  • Discussion of fire safety regulations and the responsibilities of owners/administrators.
  • Presentation on fire classifications and the selection of appropriate extinguishing agents.
  • Instructional videos and case studies of actual incidents.
  • Practical exercises in firefighting techniques and evacuation protocols.

Training delivered by experienced firefighters and evacuation specialists.

Training

First Aid Training

This theoretical and practical training equips participants with the initial response actions for life-threatening and health-threatening emergencies.

  • The training is divided into theoretical and practical components.
  • CPR exercises for adults and children, and instruction on the recovery position.
  • Instruction on the operation of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
  • Realistic scenarios utilizing manikins and simulated injuries.

We provide instruction not only on technical skills but also on psychological support for the injured and witnesses of an incident.

Training

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training

Initial and periodic OHS training, compliant with current regulations, covering environments from office settings to high-risk positions.

  • Initial OHS training for newly hired employees.
  • Periodic training sessions that reinforce and update Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) knowledge.
  • Discussion of hazards specific to particular job roles.
  • Presentation of modern solutions for enhancing safety.

Training periods and types in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27.07.2004.

Employees are aware of appropriate actions in emergency situations.

Fire safety and first aid training instructs on specific procedures – from raising an alarm and utilizing fire extinguishers to administering aid to casualties.

Reduced panic, more efficient evacuation.

Previously practiced scenarios ensure that individuals react automatically rather than chaotically during an actual incident.

Compliance with legal requirements and assurance during inspections.

You receive comprehensive training documentation, including attendance lists and certificates, ready for presentation to the State Fire Service (PSP), National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), or your insurer.

Training tailored to your facility.

We develop scenarios, videos, and exercises based on the actual hazards prevalent in your industry – encompassing offices, warehouses, and commercial facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, we recommend refresher training every 2-3 years, or more frequently if there are changes in technology, facility equipment, or employee responsibilities. In high-risk industries, training is conducted more often, in accordance with regulatory requirements and insurer mandates.
Most often, we conduct training directly at the client's facility. This approach allows us to tailor practical exercises and scenarios to the actual building layout, existing evacuation routes, and available equipment. Upon request, we also organize training in dedicated external training rooms.
The optimal group size is 10-18 participants, allowing everyone sufficient time for practical exercises, asking questions, and working with manikins or fire extinguishers. For larger numbers of employees, we divide the training into multiple sessions or provide additional instructors.
Yes. Upon completion of the training, we issue personalized certificates confirming participation and detailing the training program. Documents are provided in paper format and, upon request, also electronically, to facilitate their inclusion in OHS and fire safety documentation.
Yes, each training program is tailored to the specific operational profile and actual hazards present in a given facility. Training for an office differs from that for a warehouse or a production plant; we select videos, case studies, and exercises to ensure participants gain practical, relevant knowledge.
Fire safety training focuses on identifying fire hazards, evacuation procedures, and the practical operation of firefighting equipment. Occupational Health and Safety (BHP) training has a broader scope, encompassing workplace organization, ergonomics, accident prevention, and general principles of occupational safety and hygiene. Both modules can be delivered on the same day as a cohesive training block.
